The Stingray Football Program is more than just youth football—we are a development platform for young athletes to grow in confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Founded just three years ago, the program has experienced rapid and intentional growth, expanding into four age divisions—10U, 11U, 12U, and 13/14U—with multiple teams at each level. This growth reflects not only increased participation, but the trust families place in our coaching, culture, and player development model.
OUR MISSION
Established on June 1st, 2024, the BCS Stingrays have evolved into a top-tier football organization. Grounded in our 16-year tradition as the leading full-service football league in California, we have successfully transitioned into the tackle football arena. This fall, we aim to build on last year's achievements and provide an exceptional experience for our players, families, and communities. We are dedicated to nurturing young football players in a supportive and enjoyable setting, helping them grow into not just better athletes, but also better individuals.

TEAM ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
The Backbone of Every Team
Our Team Athletic Directors play a vital role in the success, structure, and organization of every Stingray team.
While they are not coaching on the field, they are the central point of communication and coordination behind the scenes ensuring each team runs smoothly from week to week.
Often referred to in other programs as “team parents,” our Athletic Directors can be moms or dads who take on a leadership role to help organize schedules, communicate updates, manage logistics, and support coaches and families throughout the season.
They are present on the sidelines, helping keep things organized and ensuring players, coaches, and parents are aligned and informed.

CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEERS

Our concessions stand is an essential part of the Stingray experience at home games. Not only does it help create a fun, game-day atmosphere for families, but it also directly supports fundraising efforts that keep our program running strong.
Every hot dog sold, every drink poured, and every shift covered helps provide resources for equipment, field time, and continued player development.
We rely on parent and family volunteers to help run the stand throughout the season. It’s a simple but meaningful way to contribute to the success of the program and be part of the game-day energy.
Why it Matters
Concessions are more than just snacks—they are a critical part of our program’s ability to operate, grow, and improve year after year.
This is a true team effort behind the scenes, and every volunteer plays a role in supporting our athletes.
